Your Timeline

Step 1: Ordering your kit

When ordering your kit online, make sure that you double-check your details so that our courier is able to find your home. Orders placed before 1PM Monday-Saturday will be delivered the next day.

Please refer to the table above for details on Bank Holidays.

Step 2: Registering

Once you receive it, registering your kit is a crucial step. We will not be able to deliver your results if you do not register. You can find your tube number here:

Step 3: Sampling

Download your Instruction Sheet for more information on taking the sample.
Your kit will include these instructions as long as how you can send us your results.

Step 4: Returning your kit

If you are using your own courier service, make sure that your return label does not cover our address or the UN3373 logo.
Please note that we do not receive any samples at the laboratory on weekends and bank holidays.
If you are in London, you can come to one of our clinics to drop off your sample for quicker results. Find a centre here. Please do not drop your home kit at our Wembley clinic.

Royal Mail

You will see that your return envelope already contains a Royal Mail Tracked 24 return label. Once you have finished packing your test, all you have to do is seal the envelope and drop it at the nearest Royal Mail priority postbox, so that we receive it at our lab as soon as possible.
Once your sample arrives at the lab, you will receive your results the following day.

Please note that Royal Mail are experiencing delays at the moment. We will send you an email once your sample has reached our laboratory.

Step 5: Getting your results

Please follow the following table to make sure that you will get your results on time, especially if you have a flight to catch.

Please note that if there is a Bank Holiday on a Monday and you send your package on Saturday or Sunday you could only get your results on Wednesday or Thursday.

This table assumes you post your sample at a Royal Mail priority postbox before it’s final collection. Check your local priority postbox and collection times here. Royal Mail Tracked 24 normally ensures next day delivery to the lab but is not guaranteed and may be subject to delays.
