Frequently Asked Questions

Please read these carefully before contacting us, as the answer to your question might already be in there!

When you come in-clinic for your test, you need to bring:

  • The QR code you received in your confirmation email
  • Your passport or ID

In-clinic tests

  • Next-day RT-PCR: next day at 8PM
  • Same-day RT-PCR: same day by midnight (if you get tested before 3PM only)
  • Ultra Rapid RT-PCR: 3 hours (if you get tested before 6PM only)

Home tests

  • Home Kit: Within 24 hours from the arrival of your sample at the lab
  • Day 2 / Day 8: Within 24 to 48 hours from the arrival of your sample at the lab

Yes, you can come to the clinic, for instance if you are doing your 10 day quarantine and need to do your Day 2 or Day 8 test in-clinic.

If you order your home test before 1PM during the week, you will get it the next business day. Please note that if you order after 1PM on a Friday you will only get it the following Tuesday.
We do not deliver or receive home tests on weekends or bank holidays

You can cancel your test and request a refund but please note that you have 12 months from buying to perform your test.

You do not need to change your booking as you have 3 months to use you QR code and you can walk in at any of our centres. However, if it is crucial that you change your booking, please contact us and we will do it for you.

Yes, we deliver results on time even on weekends.

Yes, as we are on the Governement’s list of providers. You can book in-clinic tests or order your Day 2 and/or Day 8 tests at your home.
