Although you have to wait in line to get in even with a pre booked test, they are very efficient in terms of testing and the results where delivered in less than 12 hrs for my Test to Release PCR.

FAQ

How long does it take to get my result?

In-clinic tests

Next-day RT-PCR: next day at 8PM
Same-day RT-PCR: same day by midnight (if you get tested before 3PM only)
Ultra Rapid RT-PCR: 3 hours (if you get tested before 6PM only)
Day 2 & 8 / Day 2 / Day 8: next day at 8PM

Home tests

Home Kit: Next day from arrival of the sample at the laboratory

What do I need to bring to the clinic?

When you come in-clinic for your test, you need to bring:

The QR code you received in your confirmation email
Your passport or ID

When will I receive my home test?

If you order your home test before 1PM during the week, you will get it the next business day. Please note that if you order after 1PM on a Friday you will only get it the following Tuesday.
We do not deliver or receive home tests on weekends or bank holidays

I haven't received a confirmation email, what should I do?

First, you need to check your junk email. If the confirmation is not there, it might mean that the payment didn’t go through. Call us on 0203 885 0078 or email us at contact@biogroup-laboratory.co.uk.
